If your property is now zoned R2 Low Density Residential, your land may now support:
- Dual occupancies (duplexes or Semi-detached) or
- Multi dwellings (eg terraces or townhouses)or
- Manor Houses (2 storey apartment blocks)
Mid-Rise
If your property is now zoned R3 Medium Density Residential, your land may now support:
- Residential Flat buildings (up to 6 stories) or
- Shop top housing (up to 6 stories)
If your property falls within 400 metres or 800 metres of a nominated town centre/train station your land may have been re-zoned for increased development.
